My name is Lorraine Scarborough I have dedicated my professional career in healthcare, it is truly my passion. If you can imagine way back in the day we had candy stripers and at the age of 16 I couldn’t wait to volunteer in my local community hospital, yet still from that time the same excitement that I experienced as a volunteer is what keeps me in the game. Over many years I have enjoyed working in different types of healthcare support early on from reception to check out, billing and collections (RCM).

I am amazed that it has been 25 years that I have committed myself to this field. Over the last 13 years I have been working in management healthcare administration, from hospital systems to private practices with multi-site offices.

In these unknown changing times with healthcare it is all that more important to have knowledgeable administrators who can help you navigate through the revenue cycle and the management of your practice.
